I am a writer and editor based in Mississauga, Ontario, currently enrolled in Humber College’s professional writing and communications program.
A self-professed but budget-conscious gadget junkie, I write about technology with a focus on mobile devices. If you hire me(!), I would be happy to experience and write about newer technologies as well.
I have 3 years’ experience as social media and communications coordinator for Crown Jewels for Mental Health, a non-profit organization. Our annual fundraising dinner and dance event attracts more attendees every year, thanks in part to our growing social media presence.
I have worked as a writer for the student-run online magazine Audacious, and contributed articles to ThisIsYearOne.com. My copy ranges in genre from biographical to technical to profiles to industry analysis.
In addition to my interests in technology and mental health, I’m also an advocate for LGBT rights, anything that Britney Spears ever does (#BuyGloryOniTunes), and using the Oxford comma.
My formal education includes an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Toronto and an (upcoming) Ontario postgraduate certificate from Humber College.
